My story
I've been where you are
For years, I wore exhaustion like a badge of honor. Long hours, skipped meals, and a calendar so packed there was no room left for me. I was succeeding by every external measure — and quietly falling apart on the inside.
The turning point came when my body finally said enough. A health scare forced me to stop, reassess, and ask a question I'd been avoiding: what does it actually mean to be well?
That question led me to become a certified wellness coach. Today, I help driven professionals like you build a life where your ambition and your wellbeing aren't in competition — because you deserve both.
The Story Behind The Method
The Pamela 8 Method
For as long as I can remember, the number 8 has held a special place in my heart. Visually, it is perfectly balanced — a continuous, unbroken loop. When turned on its side, it transforms into the infinity symbol, representing longevity, continuous renewal, and the seamless connection between the mind and the body.
Years later, when I entered the field of medicine, I discovered a beautiful coincidence hidden within my own name. Pamela originates from two ancient Greek words: pan (meaning "all") and meli (meaning "honey"). Together, they translate to "all sweetness" — a poetic reminder of what life is supposed to taste like when we are truly vibrant, aligned, and whole.
It was during my journey through healthcare that I realized traditional medicine often waits until the sweetness of life has been diminished by chronic disease before offering a solution. I knew there had to be a better way. This led me to Lifestyle Medicine, an evidence-based clinical approach centered on treating the root causes of chronic illness through daily behaviors.
The clinical framework of lifestyle medicine is traditionally built upon six critical pillars: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, relationships, and substance optimization. But in my years of helping patients transform, I realized that clinical data is only half of the equation. To achieve true vitality, we must also nourish the human spirit.
That is why I created The Pamela 8 Method. By expanding the six clinical pillars to explicitly include Applied Mindfulness and Spiritual Alignment, I built a complete, eight-pillar ecosystem for whole-person healing.
This isn't about restrictive diets, overwhelming fitness regimes, or faceless clinical check-ins. This is about building a sustainable blueprint for your unique life. It is an invitation to step into Aenaos — the Greek concept of ever-flowing life force and perpetual wellness.
Your health is not a destination; it is a continuous, beautiful loop. Let's restore the sweetness to your everyday reality.
Transform your health, transform your life.
My philosophy
